NEW MOON NIGERIA LTD.

New Moon Nigeria Limited was incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 to engage in various activities with core specialization in the following areas: Electrical Installation; such as Over-head distribution Network in Towns/Villages, transformer installation, installation of solar energy system. Supply/Installation of any size of plants and Generators, House wiring (surface, conduit and truckling system). Building and Civil Engineering construction works such as; Road construction and Drainages. The company
also engages in general supplies at any level.

A sound knowledge of the financial terrain and cognate alliances makes New Moon Nigeria Limited a well experienced, performance driven and result oriented outfit with a solid resource base (Human Capital, Materials and Finance).

The management team of New Moon Nigeria Limited comprises of very seasoned professionals with more than a decade of relevant experiences in the top management cadre of major multinational corporations in the Electrical and Construction industries. We also have integrated teams of professionals from all major discipline thereby giving us an `overlap’ of talents which fully understand project management and implementation.

The Company has a strong and determined management (Local and Expatriate) which has successfully and consistently supervised several projects in our core areas of specialization. The management of the Company is stable and the Board is united and stretches the management to perform. The bond and harmony between the Board and management is very strong which we strongly believe is the reason why we are able to deliver in both Quality and time to our client’s satisfaction.
